Advertising with Blue Heron
Blue Heron is performing to ever widening audiences; more often. We are also collaborating with more organizations than we have in the past, thus broadening our reach.
During our 2006-2007 season we performed two concerts at First Church Congregational, Cambridge; two at universities; one at a New Hampshire music festival; and ran a workshop locally. Our last concert in Cambridge was performed to virtually a sell-out crowd. We also recorded and released our first CD which is selling briskly.
For the 2007-2008 season we are presenting three concerts, one workshop, and plans for other events are under way. Our April 2008 concert will include not only vocalists, but winds, strings, harp, and continuo. This concert is planned to be the musical counterpart of exhibition taking place at Boston’s Museum of Fine Art during the same time period.

Production Information
- EPS (convert all fonts to outlines before saving), high-resolution PDFs, or high-resolution TIFF (at least 600 dpi) files are preferred.
- Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and Macromedia Freehand. (Xpress and Freehand support for cover ads only!) If native files are sent, include or convert fonts to outlines before sending.
- Grayscale ads must be 600 dpi at final size. Bitmap (black and white) ads must be 900 dpi at final size.
- High resolution camera ready ads may also be sent.
- Ads may be sent digitally by email, CD or ZIP disc. If sent by email, please send files to tia@blueheronchoir.org. If sent by CD or ZIP disc, please send them to Blue Heron Renaissance Choir, 45 Ash Street, Auburndale, MA 02466

Ads not sent in proper form will be returned or you may incur an additional fee for conversion.
Neither Blue Heron Renaissance Choir nor its vendors will be responsible for errors in work done by us on ads that are not in camera-ready condition when submitted for publication.
Pre-publication proofs of ad copy cannot be provided. It is the responsibility of the advertiser and/or his agency to proofread all copy submitted for publication.
Blue Heron Renaissance Choir reserves the right to reject an advertisement that is deemed inappropriate in content or appearance.
